What you put into Raphael stays yours: your calendar, your tasks, your conversations and your files. You let us store and process it only to run Raphael for you, as the privacy policy describes.
The terms for using Raphael, in plain words.
In effect from November 3, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Zhich Labs, the business of Zhi Cheng Ma, for Raphael: its apps, its browser extension, your hub, your account and this website. By using Raphael, you accept them.
The privacy policy says what Raphael keeps and who receives it, and is part of these terms.
Raphael reads your Google Calendar, and adds and moves blocks in it when you plan with it. When you start a block, Raphael can close apps and browser tabs on your Mac that the block doesn’t need, and shield apps on your iPhone with Screen Time. You can end a block at any time.
Raphael’s agents ask you before they send a message, buy anything, sign in anywhere or delete anything. What you approve is your decision.
Raphael’s agents run on AI models from the provider you choose, under your own account and that provider’s terms, except on the Complete plan. AI can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Raphael has a Free plan and two paid plans, Essentials and Complete, billed monthly in US dollars. Before you pay for anything, you see its price, how often it is charged and how to cancel. Payments go through Stripe.
What you put into Raphael stays yours: your calendar, your tasks, your conversations and your files. You let us store and process it only to run Raphael for you, as the privacy policy describes.
Raphael is early software. Features change, and it can stop working for a time. We provide it as it is, without promises we can’t keep. Your plan stays in your own Google Calendar.
As far as the law allows, Zhich Labs is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for Raphael in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer protection law, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
You can stop using Raphael and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why. When an account closes, we delete its data as the privacy policy describes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
When these terms change, we post the new version here with its date, and tell you in the app before a change that affects you takes effect. For any question, see Help.
